I ordered the Painted Tile Sand Emerson Dress.

I saw a video of this dress being sold on Facebook. The scammers are using a video from a boutique called **** *** ***** which sells clothing in South Carolina.

They put their saddyboutiques website as the way to order.

What I received was an inferior product from Hong Kong eg; way too small, thin flimsy fabric, bad craftsmanship, no SKU #

When I requested a return and refund, I was offered a 50% off voucher for my next purchase.

Then they said Its not that we don't allow you to return the item, but the shipping and tax for the return exceeds the order value.

Instead of returning item we will offer you 20% of the clothing price as compensation.

I said I would appreciate a refund as fair compensation. Can you send me your shipping address?

It was in China with Chinese symbols. Consignee: Vincent, phone number: 18566791680

Clearly this is a scam website. I'm reporting this fraud not because of the dollar amount, but to track their merchant credentials to block

future transactions from unsuspecting customers.

I ordered items from their website - they supposedly could be returned within 15 days for a refund. The items were extremely poor quality, and when I contacted customer service the return address I was given was in China. It is expensive to return the items and virtually impossible to get them back there in the 15 day time period. Definitely a scam.

He uses a fake clothing brand, I bought clothes from him for $50 on October 31st, 2023 and haven’t received them. He tells me they are getting ready to ship over 5 times and then keeps wanting more money for me to continue. He uses instagrams and says u are getting a good deal for $50

This is a full phishing website that has copied a legit company. They copied the entire database of the original good site and are attempting to take as much as they can before they are shut down. They just started operations in July 2023.

Ordered two blouses for 9.90 each which was verified by email on June 25, 2023. Shipping was an additional 8.80. I checked the tracker info provided by seller and was told that the package was delivered to my mailbox on July 20 at 4:11 am. I have never received the package. Who delivers at that time in the morning? I suppose the package could have been stolen. I have sent emails to the company but have not received a reply.

Asked about order again, gave same answer and asked for a refund/ cancellation, no response.

Sold women’s clothing very cheap. When order went through found out out it comes from China. Took a month to get to the USA. When it did their tracking info said it was delivered to mailbox/courtyard. Never got to my address. E-mailed them and they didn’t answer. E-mailed them again one week later stating they were probably scammers and next day heard from someone named Senay,stating: Dear ,

It’s a pity that you did not receive the package. We do not want such a terrible thing to happen, and we understand your mood. We know that every order and every package carries the strong expectations and love of customers. Our aim has always been to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience.

As soon as the incident happened, we contacted the logistics company, hoping that the logistics company could make financial compensation so that we can also provide a better balance for customers. The logistics company rejected our claim, so we got nothing.

But we can't let you bear this loss,we are willing to make resend to you at no extra cost.

1. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea.

2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions

we ordered my son some clothes he really liked, said they were a small business, so we ordered the clothes, the took the money and never received the items or a response from the company

I placed an order for a dress from this website online Luninss. The same dress can be found on over 6 different website ads on Facebook. I emailed to gather my shipping information, I received no response and even weeks later they respond that they will provide shipping information once they have it. They ended up sending me their return policy which is completely unethical. They don’t offer refunds or cancellations but still cannot provide shipping information. Why would I have purchased something I can never expect? It is a false advertisement and I do not believe I will ever get my dress.
