I ordered a portable air conditioner on 5/12/20 on 5/14/20 I received a tracking number and order id number. I attempted to track the package but USPS could not find the tracking number in their system. After sending an email I was quickly responded to. The tracking number was different from what they had sent me but was in the tracking system. They sent me an update of the tracking everything seemed fine. I kept tracking the package. When it arrived it was 5 medical mask in a ziplock bag. I tried contacting them again with the mistake but no return emails. I tried calling and the phone number was no longer in service.

Since my experience I have found others who have had the same problem and was also sent the medical mask shipped from China instead of their ordered item.
