They basically were looking for me to buy a contract. They were first impersonating amazon stating that I owed ****** for an order I didn't purchase. After I allowed them access to my computer, they stated that they were going to clean up my firewall, so as to prevent other scammers in the future, but told me I owe them *****+ dollars for their services and for lifetime policies. I took my computer to Best Buy, who told me they believe it to be a scam, and cleared the stuff out of my computer that the scammers put in.
