I tried to find a customer service email or phone number, but there wasn't any. I was able to send a message through Facebook Messenger and a representative replied that they were processing my order and it would be shipped soon. When I didn't receive anything else a few weeks later, I sent a new message asking for a refund and to cancel my order.
They have stopped replying and did not issue a refund. I have reported their page to Facebook administration as well. Based on other comments, a lot of people have been scammed by this company.
