I made a purchase on a website for shoe accessories. The website had a secure address starting with https:// and appeared legitimate claiming they have a headquarters in Detroit Michigan and that all orders ship from Florida. The website claims all orders ship within 3-5 business days. I placed my order online on 7/9/2024 (via credit card) and received a confirmation email with an order number. I received no additional shipping updates and on 7/20/24 I began trying to contact the company to get a status of my order. I tried to contact them via email and through Facebook. I received no responses to either communication. When I look up my order status from their website it says "not shipped" but no other details.
