I bought a gnome advent calendar online for my daughters birthday. Took 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. When I received the item, it was destroyed. I emailed the email given to me for refunds. Came back as undeliverable. I found another email through their refund policy, and no response. Several attempts made to return/refund, via email and no response whatsoever.
