DEFINITELY A SCAM!

I have had the same experience; 2 bras ordered on 29 June for $66 and 10 weeks later the bras have not arrived. I have emailed "Mary" several times with no reply. I put my order number into the track feature and nothing came up, just an abnormal request message.This is definitely a scam.

I came across a website called Cloudlike. It was advertising a comfortable bra. The price was reasonable ($32.00) and after reading many of the positive testimonials, I decided to order the bra. On June 3rd, 2022, I placed my order and the money was immediately charged to my account. On June 12th, I receive an email indicating that my package was successfully shipped to me. After looking into this, I discovered that my order was shipped to Stony Plain, Alberta. Problem is, I live in Ontario. There is no customer service phone number to contact this company but they did provide an email address. I emailed them to advise that my order was shipped to the wrong province. "Mary" from Cloudlike, emailed me back on June 29th, to state that it was their shipping error. She offered me a full refund or the option to have the bra reshipped to the correct address at a 50% discount. I opted for the 50% discount as I really wanted to try the bra. She stated that I would receive the 16.00 refund within 3 - 5 working days and she would have the bra reshipped, immediately. It is now August 2nd and I do not have my bra nor a refund. I have sent this company at least 8 emails trying to get a response from them as to why I haven't received my order or my refund. I have not received any response whatsoever. I truly believe I was scammed. Do not order anything from Cloudlikeca.com.
