Having pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a blanket and some pillows from the same website that is now gone and have yet to receive my order. Thought it was taking an awfully long time to get here and now I see why.. that’s what I get for buying stuff from a tiktok ad lol

Bought a blanket , paid for it. Got the confirmation email saying they would notify me when it had been shipped. Didn’t hear anything for a few weeks so I went to go look at my order and the website is gone.

Ordered 2 sets… received the email confirmation as well as shipping confirmation. Have yet to receive any of the items purchased. When attempting to track the items, the website is gone. I’ve attempted to contact via email 4x and each time I receive an “undelivered mail return to sender” response. When googling cloudlyy blankets, a whole other website is coming up to purchase them at. Seems to be a scam.

On 12/01/2021 I purchased a blanket for 29.99 the money came out of my account immediately. I have never received the item or the confirmation code as promised. The website no longer exists. This is a fraud.

I placed an order back in November for a bed set. On December 1st, I got an email saying that the order is on its way. I can click the link to track the order, but now when I do that, it says the store is unavailable, like it no longer exists. I paid for expedited shipping, but the person I ordered it for as a Christmas gift has yet to receive it; I emailed the company over the weekend, but I have yet to get a reply. I'll wait until this week to see if the person receives the order and if I get a response. If not, I'll have to contact my credit card company to see if I can get a refund.
