Cloud Transportation Agency was picked by the supposed seller of a calf I bought. At first they wanted a $200 shipping insurance fee. I had a hard time getting this payment to them. They would only accept online payments through places like Zelle, PayPal, cash app, etc. I finally got a payment to go through with gpay, but they said they could not see the payment on their side. I ended up cancelling that payment, and told them that it could take up to 48hrs to get my money back from Google. Today, I was able to get a payment through to them. They confirmed delivery. It was about 2hours before delivery, when they asked for another $225 for vaccines and hay for the calf from the past two days. They will not tell me what vaccines were needed, no had permission to vaccinate him. The seller claims to have had him fully vaccinated prior to shipping. I consulted a lawyer, who said that it is illegal for them to detain the calf for fees not agreed upon between the seller and myself, plus, since I paid the seller for shipping, all fees associated with shipping are the responsibility of the breeder. Cloud Transportation will not release the calf and say they will continue to tack on fees until the fees are paid and the calf can be delivered.
