The products the skin care specialist used on my skin in the store is not what I came home with. I came home with cheap garbage that is nothing but water and a glue like texture. They also told you since you bought the skin care products you got a free facial right there and when you get in the room they try and sell you two units worth 10k each and harass you and won't let you out the door and keep you trapped trying to get your credit card information! My son and husband were trying to call me and she wouldn't let me out of the door until I told her I was going to call the police and have them come and get me out! I looked online and saw all of their products are fake and they trap you in these rooms and I cannot believe they allow this in West Town Mall! This was frightening and scary! They are taking people's money and selling them fake goods knowing they are! I have already reported this to the FTC and my credit card company and I'm calling WEST TOWN mall corporate office to report this as well!
