Could not find company on indeed, plus email was thru clpnorth.com via sendgrid.net. Company Website does not allow you to apply to positions and only contact is phone #. Asked her for job posting. Sent description of duties and benefits, but not a job "post." Responded i'm interested and was sent attached. I was to send her 1st page and take a photo holding last one, with both the form, and my face, clearly visible. Have not done so.
