Ordered matching T-Shirts for myself and my dog. Paid for express shipping but over a month later I’m still waiting for the goods. UPS tracking states they are still awaiting the parcel! Luckily for me, I paid via Klarna, and so far have only made one payment of 3, and Klarna have now frozen any future payments whilst they look into this for me. Like others have stated, sending them an email gets you nowhere as they don’t even reply! I’m not even convinced that this is a ‘sweet little husband and wife team’ making the orders by hand! Just a couple of scammers trying to make a fast buck!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Club Huey sent me a cheap drop shipped item from China that I could get from Amazon for less than half the price. They also refuse returns. Avoid these scammers.

Hi! We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. While majority of our website is made to order and we print our shirts by hand, we do have several items that we order from our supplier such as our costumes and sweaters.

We do not have a warehouse or stock of any item at any time, whether we make the item or order it from our supplier. Some listings for our sweaters and costumes (like the Tiger costume pictured here) do have in bold text on the listing stating that item is final sale and to double check the measurements of your pet and refer to the sizing chart provided.

However, we are always happy to make exceptions case by case and are able to offer store credit for final sale items so a new size can be ordered! We are a small business ran by a husband and wife out of Austin, TX. As our business continues to grow, we are hopeful to be able to accept returns and offer refunds in the future. Due to the made to order nature of our business, we are currently only able to offer store credit.

I too am being scammed by this. company. I sized up like they suggested and when the tee-shirt arrived it would not even go over my does head. Crazy! Obviously this company does not understand the business they are in...dog sizing.

I have ordered from them before and the clothing fit well enough for my dog to wear. So, I sent this current tee-shirt order back. I paid for the $11.00 shipping and then I get a nasty email that that even though I paid for a tee shirt that fit, and mailed in back, out of my own pocket, they don't want to work with me. I mentioned to them that the tee was never worn and that they could resell it, making double on it. I was hoping to have them behave like a normal company who wants repeat business. Right?! So, this is what they are doing...sending poorly made items and ones that do not fit to their customers and having them pay through Pay Pal, friends & neighbors. They want to pocket all money and not have to report any as income. Duh! If I don't receive a larger tee in the mail from them I will report them to the BBB. That's what we all need to do. Scammers!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. If you'll shoot us an email to info@[email protected] with your order number, we are happy to look into this again and help clear anything up! We've never been nasty to a customer, and want to make it clear that we are always willing to work with our customers. We're a small business and customer service means everything to us. We have not had an instance of a customer sending their items back and us refusing to send a new size or giving store credit.

The difference between our dog shirts and a dog shirt you can find at a big box retailer is the arm holes are on the sides of the shirt rather than the front, as well as the bottom of the shirt being even on the front and back. All shirts are shown on every listing laying flat to show they are cut the same on the front and back hem, not tapered, and with the arm holes showing on the sides of the shirt. We have our blank shirts made for us from a supplier this way so the designs we print on them can be worn on the front or back of the dog without your dog knowing the difference! Our sizing is based on measurements around the chest and length of the body, not based on weight or breed. The most important measurement is the chest measurement.

We try to be as transparent as possible with how our shirts fit by showing the shirts laying flat on the ground on each listing to see where the arm holes are, as well as having sizing information on our FAQ page. We also have a detailed description on the FAQ page on how to measure your dog so the correct size can be ordered, as well as stating to email us with any sizing questions so we can help!

Because our store is made to order, meaning your order was made just for you and we do not have a stock of designs sitting ready to be shipped, we are only able to offer store credit as an exchange at this time.

I also spent over $100 for my frenchie and they said the shipping label was sent to the wrong customer, I am still waiting (week 2) for them to send me the clothes after they said their customer "sent it using their USPS label" to us. USPS has yet to load up tracking because I don't think they ever sent the item to me.

Thank you for providing feedback, we are always working on improvements throughout our small business. Your order placed on 7/23/21 was refunded in full back to you. Your order was placed for $85.75 and after the order was placed, you emailed back letting us know your shipping address was incorrect. We wrote back letting you know we would be happy to update the shipping address and you then wanted to cancel your order. We offered to an extend a discount before canceling and you declined. We then refunded your order in full. Please see photos attached. Thank you again for supporting our small business, we appreciate you!

I got a matching shirt set for Christmas and my shirt is fine but my dog's shirt was too small. I contacted ClubHuey for an exchange and had no issue paying the $10 fee they requested in order to get the correct size. However, they asked me to send the money via PayPal using the Friends and Family option to avoid seller fees. This is a violation of PayPal's user guidelines and using it will compromise the buyer's protection that PayPal offers. I don't know if this company is a scam, but I highly recommend not giving them your business based on this interaction. No company, even a small business, should be asking a buyer to use the Friends and Family option.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. Everything in the email screenshot you posted above is true, we are a small business ran by a husband and wife! Due to our items being made to order and screen printed by hand for us, we are unable to offer refunds but do offer exchanges.

The email above is an old policy of how we were able to offer our exchanges at the time. It lets the customer keep their original shirt, without having to pay to send it back to us. All the customer needed to do was send a payment through PayPal to cover the cost of shipping the new shirt + a small cost of the shirt itself. We used PayPal for this payment because PayPal protects both the buyer and seller with the option of getting your payment back if needed. We asked for the "friends and family" option as it wouldn't add in an additional fee for the customer. If we had the payment sent through "Goods and Services" we would have had to add on an additional fee to the customer to cover that cost, such as some businesses who add additional fees for using a credit card to cover the processing fee.

We can totally see how a store policy like this could look fishy, but we promise we are not a scam company. Offering items that are handmade can be tricky as far as returns, refunds, and exchanges and this was the only way we were able to offer an exchange without our company losing money from the handmade item being returned, and for our customers to get the correct size needed. However, 99% of our customers are okay with this policy and have completed the exchange instructions in the email you posted above.

I had the same experience as others. Customer service is horrible, the size chart is completely off, and the quality is horrible. I paid $150 WITH a coupon, and all of my screen prints came back see through. I contacted about a return, which is in their return policy after ordered, and they refused. They told me after 10 years, no one else has had a problem. All their reviews online are 1 or 2 stars. Customer service gas lights you and lies to you, and talks down at you. Don’t buy from them, I’m sure there’s many other companies making much better products.

All of our shirt designs are printed by hand with a screen printing machine. Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. During the screen-printing process, the ink actually becomes part of the fabric as opposed to a heat-pressed ink that just sits on top of the fabric. That's why heat-transfers don't hold up as well to machine washing and drying – they may crack and fade over time whereas screen prints like we do tend to hold fast and true. White ink will be a little transparent on any garment but especially a darker colored shirt. If there is too much ink on the screen to make the white super white then the design isn't legible. Some of our matching human and dog sets will slightly vary in color as our supplier does not make the human and dog shirts the same way with the exact same fabrics in colors other than white and black, we apologize about that. We also recommend washing and drying your garment inside out for the future. We hope this helps and makes sense!

Our business has not been in business for 10 years but we are always looking for ways to improve. Our refund/exchange policy is written in our FAQ page on our website as well as the flyer we add to every single order we ship. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! The quality of their products is Extremely poor. I struggle to even use the word quality in a sentence in reference to Club Huey. They use toddler shirts that are cheap and not appropriate for an animal. Also, their size chart is significantly off. I was careful to take measurements beforehand and when nothing fit I wrote the company asking for an exchange or refund and they just said thanks for the large order and read our FAQ’s. Not an appropriate or very customer service friendly response! They do not stand by their defective and misrepresented products.

Hi Meg! Thank you for your feedback. Each order is made to order, hand printed, packaged and shipped by a husband and wife (not a third party or warehouse). Meaning you order, we make the item! 

Our dog shirts are not like the dog shirts you can find in a pet store. Every single listing on our website shows our t-shirts laying flat on the ground to show they are not tapered in like a standard dog shirt. Our shirts do resemble human shirts so that our designs are legible on a dog's chest or back as the shirts are reversible for the design to be on your dogs chest or back.

We have always offered exchanges if a dog or human t-shirt doesn't fit. We looked over our previous email exchanges and a refund or exchange was never mentioned from you. The photos you sent of your dog wearing our shirt fit him, so we were unaware an exchange was needed as it was never asked for. Please see photos attached here of our email correspondence and the photos you provided.

The company promised a product and the product they sent was torn. I asked for an exchange. Not even a refund, but an exchange, but they declined.
