Voicemail left on Personal Cell Phone claiming a lean was being issued again personal property address owned by me. This was their second attempt to issue a summons for a court case (2023-30109). I needed to call them back immediately. Person then called a work phone number answered by another employee which they stated the same information regarding myself. I called back the number and was transferred to Christopher Wright (x330). He noted that he was the case manager and was very familiar with my case. He asked if I was aware of the incident. I said no, and he stated that I was being sued by American Express for breach of contract and non-payment to American Express. I stated I did not owe the debt he referenced. He then asked if I could provide proof that I do not owe the money. I told him I nothing further to discuss with him. He replied "Are you refusing to pay the debt?" I hung up the phone. Two minuets later a Person named "Jason" called my work again and stated the same information and said they needed to speak with me.
