This man said he would come to our non-profit organization and provide construction work by building a handicap ramp for veterans. The organization had a check received as a grant, in order to build a handicap ramp. Clyde Cunningham took the check and never came back to build the ramp. Furthermore, when asked to return it, he promised it in the mail, claimed it was sent back certified mail, and it has never been received back. Not only is this non-profit out $2500 and a handicap ramp, but the company that granted/donated the funds, is defrauded as well.
