A voicemail was left 3 times on my cell phone stating a complaint had been filed against me and that it was my last opportunity to take care of this before going to court. I called the number back and spoke with a "David" he asked for the last four digits of my social security number and I told him that I would not verify until I knew where he was calling from. He said CMB Common Border. When I wouldn't very my social security number he became agitated and said he would send this to court and I said fine but you will.......he hung up before I could finish my sentence. I was planning to let him know that legally he has to provide me with verification of whatever "complaint" he is calling about.
