Luis Gonzalez came into our office claiming to be a representative from the Spectrum Business retention office. I asked him if he was from a third party, he said,"no". I was able to obtain his sub agent ID and master ID. I later called Spectrum Business directly and was informed that he was from a third party.

The representative offered direct TV and credit card info which I gave. Luckily no monies have been lost as of yet. I called 888-402-2895 and Jesus answered confirming that my account was canceled. This company deceived me by claiming they were directly from Spectrum retention offices. I am reporting them because they are representing Spectrum and Direct TV under false pretenses.
