ordered a Pandora bracelet and charms. The product clearly is a counterfeit product and clearly cheaply made. Per their site return policy is 30 days. I wrote requesting how to process return stating clearly the quality of the product was not what I expected and that the bracelet was too small. As you can see from the response they never approach the "quality" of the product. I received an email stating:

Hi, friend,

Sorry for the problem. But the size we sell are all standard. We have sold out thousands of goods and there is nothing wrong with them. And we just send the goods as you ordered. I am afraid we can not accept return if there is no quality problem. Thank you for your understanding. How about you keep the goods and we offer you some discount in your future order?
