I received a contract agreement to sign and a US$ 2700 cheque for travel arrangements
I received both the contract agreement and the cheque from [email protected]
However, when I tried to deposit the cheque through the bank´s online app, it was rejected.
The cheque was rejected as well when I tried to deposit it at my local Chase branch, where they requested a cashier´s (physical) cheque.
After that, they sent me a cashier´s cheque from a brand called Perfect Interior Designs (nothing to do with CM Models or modelling)
I contacted CM Models and they warned it was a scam: glen_johnson_g did not work at CM Models and both the contract agreement and cheques were fake. They warned me notto cash the cheque or make any payments.
Unfortunately, I gave them my address, mobile number and passport number for travel arrangements, as well as my (scanned) signature on the contract agreement.
My agent and representative warned me to send him a proposal before moving on.
