STAY AWAY GREG WILLAMS IS ABUSIVE

I just got called saying that a process server is going to serve me paperwork from a legal company name CMS I got the phone number and the reference number and I called ended up speaking with a man named Greg Williams very rude very very abrasive very rude accusing me of being intoxicated when I told him I have a mental disability and was getting very very angry at him because he was not listening or providing me with the information I was asking for he refused to give me any information that I was trying to get from him to understand what was going on said that I would find out in court then I told them if this is about a credit card back in 2006 because he said HSBC which I did have a credit card my late husband and I both had HSBC cards and my husband and I split up before he passed away in 2008 he died in 2015 he paid those cards off fully and destroyed them and I was told that I made an agreement with somebody in 2013 when I was suffering severe grief because my father died and was not contacting anybody at that time especially anybody that I owed money to because I really didn't care and then he said I made another agreement 2016 after my husband had passed away and I was homeless with no phone but yet I made this agreement anyway and hear this man is calling me a liar outright on the phone telling me I'm insane telling me that I'm psychotic telling me that I'm schizophrenic putting me down harassing me belittling me calling me names and everything else and the only thing I do is yelling at him and swearing at him because he's not listening and I am trying to get answers from him which he will not give the last thing I said to him before hanging up to see if I can get his attention was okay so you're not going to give me my give me the address so I guess you don't want any money then and his response was and I have it recorded was no he said no flat out no and I repeated that three times so you don't want the money then huh is what I said no his response was really you don't want the money no he said and then I said Thank you and I hung up the minute they say they don't want money you don't owe them a penny not to mention he wouldn't give me the address to send proof that I do not owe that debt and that that was paid off in full years ago not to mention the 10 year statute of limitations is over and yet I'm supposed to have called him or call somebody from the credit card company and made arrangements when I didn't even have a phone and I was living in my car interesting yeah they're scammers they're liars they're scammers any collection agency that does not record the phone call is fake everyone that I've ever dealt with which doesn't mean I've had a lot but every single entity that does business with money has always said this call is being recorded this is an attempt to collect a debt.. that's what is always said and he refused to record the conversation I recorded it but he said it's not admissible in court I said I don't need it to be a miserable in court I just needed to do what I got to do to make you leave me alone which is basically file a lawsuit for all the abuse I just suffered being called all these names not to mention the stress that he put me under because he wasn't willing to give me the information I asked for and he's trying to scare me he's trying to scare me he's trying to scare me he's trying to get money from me anyway he can say he's not fraudulent the company is not fraudulent but yet no one not even the receptionist will give me that address fake absolutely fake sorry but it's fake stay the hell away from this company if you ever run into them or they call you saying you owe a debt hang up the phone and block them. They'll start sending you emails like they did to my current husband last year to try to scare him make it look all official and all scary like they were doing an electronically and then it was perfectly legal there is nothing legal about electronic summons the only time it's legal is if it's a subpoena to court I'm not being subpoenaed to court I'm not I'm not getting served paperwork I'm not getting anything and where'd they get my information from anyway I never gave it to him and I had a HSBC card but I never had a house orchard Bank card but yet I'm a liar according to him I never had an orchard bank card I had an HSBC card. That is all I had and that card and my late husband's card which is also HSBC was paid in full and it was paid in full in 2010 and the cards were destroyed in 2010 because I saw my late husband cut them up and show me the bill that said it was paid so you get anything from this company save it don't sweat it turn it in here turn it into the better Business bureau the FTC and the FBI because they are using mean cruel and abusive tactics to try to get money from people by scaring them by threatening them you cannot do that in this country anymore they cannot do that in this country anymore there was a law made several years ago many many years ago that said they cannot do that anymore. They cannot do it and he was doing it so he was violating the law on the phone on my recorded phone line may not be admissible in court but it definitely proves that I'm telling the truth and that I don't have to pay the debt that's all I need it for I need it for myself not for him but for myself to prove to anybody if I do end up going to court we'll see about that but if I do then I could take this card that I have the recording on and take it to court and play it for the judge how he turned down when I offered to give him money and the minute they turned it down you don't owe them a penny don't forget that that is the law

Guy named Jonathan Davis keeps calling my dad looking for me. I called him and they gave me my birthdate and last for of my social incorrect. Then they wanted me to give my correct info. They said I owed a payday loan. I hung up on them. Now they are calling my dad again saying they are going to my place of business looking for me. But they don’t have my number, o my my dad’s. They said I put him down as a reference. I’ve never had a payday loan.
