I keep getting calls from a company called CMS. But they also identify themselves as Capital one Solutions or Capital management Solutions. They have called my mom's house & my brothers house. They told me I have a payday loan I took out in March 2017 for $450 with Ace Cash Express & I didn't pay it so it was sent to them for collections. The girl I spoke to was named Lisa & it was a local area code she called from. She said they sent me emails & letters in the mail, which I never got any of these. I told her I have never taken out a loan with them. I told her to email me documentation showing I took out the loan. She refused & said she wasn't able to send me anything. I told her legally if they are a legitimate company then she has to send me proof. I also told her my Father is an FBI Agent, which he is & he actually works on the squad that handles fraud & scams like hers. I told her I would give him all the info to verify they are a legitimate company. She ended up hanging up on me. Just wanted to make others aware of this scam company which calls from different phone numbers all the time. Hope this helps someone.
