CMS Sports advertised on a number of Marketplace sites. Sells & delivers sports clothing. Purchased and e transferred payment for a Blue Jays T-shirt & sweat shirt for $65. Delivery date was set but owner ********** did not deliver. After numerous texts he finally agreed to a second delivery date. This happened 4x’s with no delivery. I posted a warning on marketplace sites. Chris posted threatening comments insisting we agreed to a May 23rd delivery (which I never did) I have all the emails and texts. I also numerous times requested he e transfer me my $ back with no success. It’s now May 26th and still no delivery or refund.

Not sure what else I can do to get my money back.
