Same as the report I read through. My resume did not match the format required and suggested a couple of times to use the CMS service (fee) to create a new version for their use. I opted out of the "job opportunity" and never heard back from Clay Martin.

Fake recruiter reaches out asking for resume and then says resume is not ATS formatted. recommends an online company who will convert the resume for $17. There is no difference in the resume format. There is no real job position available. After this scam the name of the company, website, and URL have changed to: https://atsresumesexp.com/
