It's also important to include relevant keywords from the job description in a natural way. Some say that resumes that aren't formatted correctly or don't include the right keywords might not be seen by a human recruiter. Resumes that score 80% or higher are likely to be seen by a human recruiter, while resumes that score 20% or lower are usually rejected.
