It was support to be a grant to replace my deck. He put money on my credit card and told me to purchase a $500 Apple card which I did. I purchased 2 @ $200 each and 1@ $100.00 from Target. The serial or account was blocked on all 3 cards. Apple is working on this but say they will not refund money but send new cards. Then the agent reversed the payment and my credit card is 500.00 overthe limit. I do not have any Apple products and will be stuck with $500.00 in apple cards.
