I ordered a part they sent me the wrong part, a cheaper part than what I paid for. I wrote them three times, and they refuse to reply back to me. Do not order from this place.

It was a hair contraption that was supposed to help put long hair into a stylish bun. There were several styles and colors to choose from. I thought I was getting 60% off from a promo I saw on Instagram. Instead they created a fake order process, took my money and never replied to my inquiries about why my product never arrived.
