I contracted this "company" to help with additional rooms and space I wanted to do to my home. They requested payment every time they came to meet with my husband and I. We thought that might just be how every company runs things. But it has been a year and I called the city to see what was taking so long and it so happens that the person I spoke too never gave them a license number when they went in to "turn in" paperwork to get approved. I've called these people so many times already with no response to emails or phone calls. I also spoke to the so-called engineer in charge and he was no help either, stating the city would only approve if we gave them 5 feet of the driveway. I hope no one else falls for these people, they took close to $*** and nothing was ever started or finished in my home.
