This so-called agency contacted me through my text message stating that I will be getting a letter with a reference number arriving at my address at 1:45 PM they were very specific they asked that I call the 866 number that I provided and when I called she answered at CNR I ask for her address I could not find it on the website she did not offer a website address I told her I never received a letter she stated that if I was to hang up on the phone that the letter that I am receiving I am being sued and I will be reported to the three bureau credit bureaus! She stated I owed 1000 and someone dollars then she bought it all the way down to $225 for me to settle out this debt I gave her my credit card she stated that they cannot take nothing else but a checking account or a debit card I asked her if I could send it to her Western Union or a cashiers check upon a letter received and she refuse to take my option.. she then continued to say that she was working there for 14 years and that I just have to trust her I told her I have no letter in hand nothing to go by I am willing to work with them but I have nothing to go by and then my phone ran out of batteryAnd I lost the call
