I responded to a post offering an advertising package to her large social media following, with an exclusive 6-month agreement. She promoted herself as "six figure business/earner" and since I'd followed her for a few years, and witnessed the growth of the case-study shown in the advertisement I felt this was a good and safe deal. The package was to include 3-5 posts per day, mentorship, product development, and more The first 2 months barely included the posts promised, and NONE of the other bullet list items were included. In fact, the posts were so inconsistent early on that I started tracking them - the average barely reached 2 per day... not even meeting the promised 3-5 per day. Some days no posts were made at all.
She continues to offer the same services and similar packages to the advertisement I responded to (on social media) via her website, and other social media platforms. However, the services were not at all provided as agreed. At the 2-month mark into a 6-month agreement, she ended the contract & offered a prorated refund. Services stopped immediately (Oct 1). She even came back on January 5, 2020 and voluntarily offered a full refund of $1,500.00. I have not received neither partial or full refund.
She is still advertising several services online. I not only want my money back, I am concerned that others will continued to be scammed and/or taken advantage of.
