After I paid for services I was assigned a coaching team. I had one meeting to get acquainted with my coaching team but prior to the follow-up meeting to begin coaching me I was informed by my coaching team that they would no longer be working with WritersER due to questionable practices with clients which my coaching team described in detail. Thus, no coaching services were rendered at all. Over next few months was told that I would be assigned a new team. Didn’t happen. Then I was told that I would be coached by the owner Dr. Robinson. Also did not happen; although, he left a voicemail indicating he would have a product for my review within 3 days, I was unclear about what he meant by that, and he had no idea how to coach me as he had not seen my project. Eventually requested a refund since no coaching services or anything else had been provided and was told I would not receive a refund. A friend I referred was also scammed of more than $4000.00. Entered credit card dispute.
