Order 15 storage containers totalling $61.75and the seller sent me 2 silk scarves when I contacted the seller they wanted me to pay the shipping to send it back and I was told I would receive all my money back including the money for the return shipping I informed him that I wanted a return shipping label and they refused to send me one.

On November 25, 2022, I ordered three different storage boxes and paid for express shipping. I sent an email on December 2, 2022, to check on the status of my order. I received an email on the same day (12/2/2022) with a tracking number. I received a packet on December 16, 2022, that had two satin scarves in it.

I sent Coanow an email on December 18, 2022, to ask about the order I received and have not heard back from them.

I am attaching the information about what I ordered and what I received.

I ordered three sets of storage boxes in various sizes and received two silk ties in the mail. I have since read that this is their method of scamming.

Ordered 3 pack medium plastic folding boxes from Facebook ad, but never received them. Coanow says they were delivered, but the only unordered thing I received was a cheap headband scarf.
