This man is going around filling out contracts, taking deposits on cabinetry jobs, and then never returning to do the work. When contacted, he never replies to messages, emails or texts. He is advertising on Craigslist and other sites. There are over a dozen people that I know of that he has done this locally in Courtenay BC.
