I ordered a necklace from Costa Jewelry after seeing an ad for them on Instagram. It took weeks for the tracking to update so I contacted them and they responded saying shipping was delayed. I waited another week and still didn't receive any update on the shipping or the necklace so I emailed them again. They then said the package had been delivered and updated the tracking on their end to say so. I never received the package at my address. I contacted USPS with the tracking number they gave me and USPS wasn't able to track down the package either. Doing some further digging on their website I realized this was a scam since they have next to zero social media presence (only advertising), and their website address is listed as "123 Fake Street". This company is a SCAM and do not purchase from them!! I lost money and I'm sure many others have too.
