Coastal postal service scam

Ordered a product online which the i was connected to an American courier service saying the needed 600e extra fo a label that means the package would go through customs unchecked. The thing was i was in europe, and the product was mean to be sent within country, basically some Nigerian sounding man tired threatening a customs investigation if it didn't pay... needless to says I had figured it had been scammed .

Coastal postal are trying to get 600 euros out of me to deliver a package. Apparently, its to stop the police opening the parcel?! Not sure what country they think they're in but we don't do bribes in the UK!

I found a classifieds ad on Craigslist for a maltipoo for $600. Female/male, whichever I wanted. I made an agreement to meet the seller halfway. He made me sign a puppy rehoming contract and pay a deposit of $300. The next day he made up a story that his mom has Alzheimer’s and had an emergency in Georgia and he had to ship the dog to my address. I received a tracking number and website. Everything was fine up to an hour before arrival when the Coastal Postal Service agency called me to let me know that I’d have to pay for a crate to transport the dog and it ranges from $800-$1200 and it had to be through cashapp or zelle. I told them no and now they refuse to deliver the dog or let me pick her up. The seller is still contacting me pressuring me to cough up money.
