Invoice charge for toner for a photocopier/printer. Date 5/13/2016, Invoice # 26635, Quantity 2, Item code 6050, Description: Toner Kyocera Task-Alpha 3500 I, Price Each $498.00, Amount $996, Shipping & Handling $58.35, Total: $1054.35.

My company has a contract with our photocopier/printer company. the cost of toner is included. it is also a New England based business, so when this invoice came from Arizona, I was alerted. I called the company we have contract with and sent them a scan/email of this invoice, they informed me that it wasn't from them & that it was a scam.

Received an invoice from this company for 2 toner cartridges $1,054.44 this month (May 2016). We have no contact with this company, have never ordered any items from this company and suspect that they send out these invoices hoping that some will get through unnoticed and paid. When I called their number, all I got was a vague voice message. This invoice is not valid and is fraudulent. Beware of this scam.

Our non-profit organization was mailed an invoice for toner cartridges for a copier machine that is under contract (to a legitimate business) for free toner (so we knew something was wrong).

We believe that the scam perpetrators made a telephone call some weeks ago and 'tricked' the secretary into giving them enough information about the copier to reference it specifically in order to make this fake invoice appear more legitimate.

Someone called identified themselves as our copier company and wanted to confirm copier #. Our copier model was given and now we have received an invoice in the amount of $1,054.44 for 2 toner cartridges which we didn't order or receive. (We have a contract and receive toner free).

Coastal Supply Center sent our school a fake invoice. No one purchased anything from this company.

CSC sent an invoice dated 2/26/16 in the amount of $1055.84 for 2 copier toner cartridges plus S&H. We did not purchase toner cartridges from this company. Someone called and asked for the model number of the Sharp copier we have in our office and for the name in which they were speaking to. Not even a week later, an invoice was received with the employees name in the contact section and the toner for our copy machine. Nothing was ever received from this supply company. We do not purchase toner from outside vendors. we have a contract with American Business Solutions and we are very pleased with our current vendor.
