Found an ad on Facebook. All the reviews were good. It said the product was coming from California. So I purchased a laser engraver 12/17/22. My package arrived 1/14/23. It was not an engraver but a calligraphy pen. I found my confirmation email and sent an email to them. They responded within 24 hours that I could send the product back at my cost then I would get a full refund. The return address was China. OR I could keep the product and they would give me 40% of my money back. And to not take any further action. I emailed back that I would send it back but they needed to send me a shipping label as I was not paying to ship it back because it was their mistake. I never received any other emails from them. I waited about a week and emailed again that I was going to contact my credit card company and the authorities about their scam. There still was no emails from them. My credit card company is investigating.
