Coatelite advertised a sale on electric engravers. I searched through the posts and there were a few (I believed they were there to get buyers) the product was talked up by these people. Questions were asked where the product was coming from. They we told California is where shipped from. Delivery estimates were told to people 7 to 15 days. From what I could see was hundreds of people buying. I ordered one at $49.99 which was money transfer from my checking account by me to my prepaid credit card. There were “3” levels of engraver. I spent the max of $48.99x $49.99 was removed off my card immediately. I noticed another $1.00 was removed also. I was sent an invoice via my email. Then I was sent tracking info that was in Chinese but I could translate to English. I watched through the tracking information I was given for over 3 weeks. I noticed on usps email that I had an item coming from Pitney Bowes. I did not order anything and only waiting on the engraver I ordered. It was a Christmas present to me. I was excited to receive. I got home from work quickly because I did not want the engraver stolen off my front porch. I found a soft envelope in my mail box and thought how strange. I opened it up and it was a man’s polar fleece hat. I did not order that! It is like an item you would find at dollar store. I searched Facebook to see what was going on. I found several people stating some received stocking hats, or quill pen or ear mufflers and not the engraver they ordered. I knew then I was scammed. I contacted after searching for phone number and email. Phone number did not work. I emailed and was told it was to be picked up at postal service or it be delivered. I told them in my email, I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. I am not getting help from Coatelite. I searched on Google and found that it was not a good company and they were scamming. I want my money back. Coatelite wrote responding texts that the item did what they would expect it to do and gave false expectations of a product that they knew would never be sent to these paying customers. These custom did not know they would be scammed and needing to close out their financial accounts due to being scammed
