Stated the company was based in the usa in texas by the name cavenders but website says coatfrost.com.nothing stood out at first until i tried to track my package. Its is coming from china based and its been 38 days no package.tried multiple times to contact customer service and they refuse to respond.

Ordered several items from the website in December. After waiting almost a month to arrive, the tracking website said it was delivered, but I never received the items. Sent an email to customer service and they assured me they would resolve the issue but they did not. They stopped responding after the initial email.

I went on the website and ordered some things and something didn't feel right about the website so I looked it up and it said it was a scam when i asked them to cancel my order and return my money they have ignored my requests
