I wanted to view a rental property and was told I had to fill out an application plus $100 to view the property. Knowing we clearly qualified, I did what was requested and now they won’t answer my emails or my phone calls, with the exception of an office member tell me that it takes 5 days to process an application. In retrospect I should done more research, because I have numerous reviews online where people said they never got to the see the property ever and their calls and e-mails were also ignored.
