After creating my account, I tried to download a prepaid shipping label, but received an error message. I tried to contact Cobblers via phone, and an automated message directed me to their site. I then emailed Cobblers, but was directed to contact them via iMessage. I sent them multiple messages over multiple days via iMessage seeking help, but received no response. About a week later, I received an automated response asking directing me to an online form and asking me for an order number, but in a different format than the order number they provided. I filled out the online form, but again received an error message. I responded to their message explaining the issue, but have received radio silence.
At this stage, they have taken $89.95 from me, provided me with no service and it doesn't seem like there is any intention on their part to provide the services I paid for. I can only assume this is a scam.
