Once the first payment is done, they provide a tracking number using a Delivery services (Smart delivery services), after this point you lost contact with the seller and a new process start , all conversations go through delivery services.
The Delivery services company web site is Smart Logistics Service Pet Courier Services.

They will let you know that dog is in the airport but you need to buy a "refundable" pets life insurance first for $1,200, they also provide a email address for the payments via Zelle ([email protected]), after the payment they call you back in about 2-3 hours saying that the dog is sick in another airport in Arizona, and need vaccines plus quarantine process asking for another refundable $800, if not the dog won't be release and charges will increase day by day due to the quarantine, once you paid the amount they're asking for extra $150 for the feeding during quarantine , this is when we stop making payments and asking for more details as short video of the puppy proven legitimacy of the animal, asking for Arizona contacts (vets) and proof of the Boarding documentation including flight #, etc...
They get upset when you request such information, I asked for a face time call, and they refuse to answer or proceed, asked for business card showing any identity, and they refuse, I went to my bank claiming been scammed, but they said they will investigate and more likely the money is gone, according to Zelle rules, once you pay to someone is because you know the person, and you approve the payment, the bank is not responsible for any scam using Zelle.
I'm reporting the scam to help other's that might be in the look of puppies, the best way to buy one is in person regardless the effort.
I do have all the email information to share if that help and happy to provided any time.
After full investigation I found out that They have several web sites with the same background using the same Operation permit U18-004880 I could be wrong but they are similar format as follows:
