I ordered a product from this company without reading the reviews. I have been charged for the product but to date have not received anything. I had emailed the company and was given every excused under the sun. They have printed a shipping label to give a false sense of hope that your product has been shipped but upon checking the tracking # you realised that it was never shipped. I emailed again today and was told that it will be shipped today, however; I have been told this for the whole of last week. At first, I was able to contact this compnay by phone but after speaking with a very arrogant staff, I can't even get through to the comapny anymore. There is a message "We are closed, call back at regular business hours" It happens regardless of the time of day you call. I have been calling at regular business time. I recently check the reviews and realised it is a scam company thats milking money out of unsuspected consumers.
