They charge you for the service and will tell you it will arrive in 24 hours. After that an agent names Lucas Martin will email you to say, they cannot provide the service and will forward the refund to the refund team which will take up to 7 days to refund your money. They won't give you a refund and then you will never hear from them again. They will not response to email even though that is the only way to contact them.
They do this because majority of the costumers will leave it alone and say its just bad customer service.
