the company was contacted for the service of creating a website. A number was quoted for the cost of the service. The company started the work of creating a website for a new business but then they started asking for more and more money to complete the work. The website was never fully operational. The company continued to ask for additional money with the promise of fixing all of the issues AFTER more money was given.
