Stay away from this company. I fell victim to their R2D2 Tiffany-style lamp scam. The website promises a 16" diameter glass lamp shade and for a lamp that stands 21" tall. When I made the purchase, they collected the money immediately. However, I had to reach out several times before the item was shipped. Once received weeks later, the item was a cheap piece of solid plastic with battery powered fairy lights wrapped around it. It stood barely 7" tall. NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. Reached out to company because they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and they tried to wear me out with requests (i.e. please send a picture, please send tracking number, please send a video describing the problem, etc.). I stayed with it it offering screen shots of their website and pictures of what I received clearly showing the problem. I was told that I would have to pay more than the cost of the product to ship it back and was recommended to give it away as a gift. After stating I was reporting them and requesting no further contact, they finally offered a 5% refund (that's $2 refund). Insulting. Lying. A total scam!!!
