I downloaded a dating app called Coffee Meets Bagel in hopes to find someone special. Well I matched with this one man. He claimed his name was Ray and lived in my area. Within a couple weeks of chatting, he asked for me to get him an iTunes card worth $50. I got it for him and then asked to send the card number along with a picture of the receipt. I thought that was a bit odd. Fast forward to a couple months, we are still chatting over text and then asks me to get a money order from Western Union to a certain person in a specific location in the amount of nearly $3,500 and then more gift cards (iTunes and then something called Steam) totaling to the amount of $2,000. I recently received a large financial gift from a trusted individual and truthfully spent all of that money I received on this joker.
