Thomas Ligor is still out there scamming people. Be aware people!

I was sent a solicitation for profitable franchises in the US in May of 2020. I had reached out to Coffee profit project for a coffee franchise business. Bobby Santorini (sales person) represented their company as if they had been in business for 20 years, he had 15 trucks on the road, they had a B rating with the ScamPulse.com at the time, with minor complaints listed. He had told me that he had 3 contracts with customers that would use 80 cups per day in a specific zip code, insurance, parts and labor warrantee, location contracts. He assured me that the businesses that were already contracted were not affected by the corona virus, and only had to have the previous machine needed to be removed. He was very aggressive, and alluded to the fact that the contract would be lost if we did not get the machines here soon. This required 2 machines each and would had that were anxiously waiting to have the machines set by June 5. I had interviewed an employee of theirs to verify their validity. Everything checked out. I had my bank conduct a fraud verification on the company, their website, FB page all looked legitimate. I wired the money and received the coffee machines in a weeks time. I even asked Bobby if I was being scammed when I was in the bank drive through because I lost my job in 2019 and I was spending my kids college fund on this (36,000). When I inquired about the locations, I was told that he would have the location company get ahold of me right away. That did not happen and after a few iquiries, that was the last I talked with Bobby. He refused to take my calls, emails, anything. He did have a location company contact me with bogus locations that were not part of the agreement. I made a comment on FB, and found another person that had the same experience as I had had. He and I spoke yesterday 7-16-20. We decided to bind together to get the company to do what they said they would do. We posted inquiries/complaints on social media. Today 7-17 their company is completely gone on the internet. The company's website shows them located in Boca Raton, FL, their account is a Chase bank account in New York. The coffee machines came from Nevada, and the location company name was nvmarketing, but I couldnt find them. The machines come from China, which comes from vendingmachinesinternational other names were coffee international. The company the machines came from is coffee vending pros in nevada. The reason that I am giving you all of these different company names is because the Coffee Profit Project has disappeared on the internet, and I feel that this is the only way I can think of that to at least prevent this from happening to anyone else. I can only imagine that they will pop up under a different name.

I see that there is a class action suit started as of now. I would like more information on this, as I am still out this money, as it appears that so many are.

His name is Thomas Ligor of Little Neck, New York. That is his real name. Sue his [censored].

Purchased 4 machines in Oct 2019. They told me all kinds of lies about the machines: dispenses12Oz(wrong 10) and cups fit inside the machine and drop down when money is put in the machines. and many more lies. They told me I would be in a hospital lounge and I would be so so busy and the local college and then a manufacturing breakroom and another hospital. The location company told me they dont even call on hospitals. The machines breakdown all the time and you cant get parts for 6 months from china. And now when i call to get parts they tell me only if I pay 150.00 for a motherboard and 70 to ship it. I want my full refund of 22,000 back for breaking contract

I purchased my machine from Coffee Profit Project and all my issues have been resolved. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... /> I purchased my “new” machine in February 2020. It arrived broken. They sent me a replacement motherboard which also burnt up. Then sent me another motherboard which also burnt up. I have fought with them for months and months and was then told in April that I would receive a new machine. That never happened. Then I finally received a return email stating their business had closed their doors. I have a broken machine and no one will help me!

On May 21st 2020 , I purchased one coffee machine with contract agreement that my machine would be placed at Westchester Medical in Valhalla Ny. I paid. $6400. After receiving the machine the company stop responding. I was never contacted by the location specialist. I sent a certified letter to their address abs the letter was returned to sender. Everyone who has been scammed should also let the attorney general in Florida know also.

Company sells coffee vending machines with a false contract offering training and placement of machine.

Once they receive your money via wire transfer, they ship you a lousy coffee machine which is worth $1k at best and never follow thru with the rest of the services, instead ignore any and all calls or emails.

Coffee Profit Project is a coffee machine vending service where they offer coffee machines as well as a location for you to operate and sell coffee. After sending you a contract and a bank account number to purchase the machines and sign off. You receive machines, except they don't work or aren't the same ones you initially bought. The location is also completely different as originally described and they cut off contact from you after the purchase. They no longer have a phone number or website associated with this business entity. However, they told everybody they are closed down due to covid. They breached contract and committed business fraud. There are already multiple complaints explaining this exact situation. There are already too many victims and they basically ran away with all their cash and didn't provide a service they initially promised.
