I ordered a product that claims to be a 12 inch by 12 inch stain glass table lamp with a polyresin or metal base. What I received was a 6 inch by 3 inch polyresin mini lamp. I emailed them and they were quick to respond and haggle a refund instead of giving me a full refund. The product that came in was fraudulent and not what they claim the item being sold.

When I purchased item, it seemed like a legitimate website, it was structured like a professional website. I had to select the color and the size, and then it offered a over 50% discount. It also gave me a ordered number and the SKU number, but I can't remember them telling me when I should expect item. I ordered on the 3rd of December and it's now the 22nd of December and haven't received anything. My husband asked why we hadn't received the merchandise, that's when I went to the website that was in the screenshot I took of the order and I receive a message, that they couldn't locate the site, as if it did not exist. Then I saw something on You tube, posted on Dec.16, 2023, that this same website is a scam, and shared comments from scammed customers

I saw an advertisement on Facebook that looked legitimate. I clicked on it, and it went to their website, Coffeestrict. I placed an order. But then rethought their integrity. When I googled coffeestrict, I saw reviews from others who said it is a scam. The phone number on their website is invalid. They do not answer their email ([email protected]), which is the only way to contact them. I did click on their "exchange/return policy", where they gave another address for returns, instead of the New Jersey address. It is: 4PX, 5650 Grace Pl, Commerce, CA 90022. I googled it in Maps and it is a warehouse. I don't know any other way to help others not get scammed except to warn through the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, you can help.
