This app Coin365 is scam. They would let you deposit funds from other wallets but they don't let you withdraw funds. When I talked to their customer support they said my identity is not verified and therefore I need to deposit twice the amount and submit my ID.

Hey Conner,I was also scammed by coin365 do not pay any extra fees it's also part of the scam.
They almost stole $7,000 from me,luckily I found a crypto tracking and recovery company on Trustpilot,that helped me get my money back from them.
