I am struggling to get response from COINDCX Support. Transferred funds to my COINDCX account and not able to get the credit for that in my account. COINDCX acknowledges that they received the funds but not releasing them stating that it came from an unregistered account. On the same day I transferred three other transactions where were successful. They are misusing the funds or not sure if they will ever release them. No phone support and support team running the support ticket for ever.
