Coinpayments.net purports to be a business from where a private individual can make payments in cryptocurrencies. In order to create an account, the site requires a lengthy, detailed process of personal information collection including financial and identity data.

After receiving the information, the site claims to be reviewing your information. Within about a half hour, the applicant is told their application is rejected for being unverifiable and is also told the rejection is final. No specific reason for why the application was rejected is given, and no opportunity to correct information is provided.

The website is collecting sensitive personal information and then refusing to provide the service which it claims to be collecting the information for.
